1️⃣ Orders & Availability

• All orders are subject to product availability.

• Celissa reserves the right to change prices, promotions, or product details without prior notice.

• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

2️⃣ Payment & COD

• We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for Pakistan orders.

• Card and online payments are processed securely via Shopify payment gateways.

• All payments are final once the order is confirmed, except for valid returns or refunds.

3️⃣ Shipping & Delivery

• Deliveries are made across Pakistan only.

• Standard delivery: 3–5 working days.

• Shipping fees: PKR 250 (Free for orders above PKR 4000).

• Celissa is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or external factors.

4️⃣ Returns & Refunds

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• Products must be unused and in original packaging.

• Refunds or exchanges are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

5️⃣ Intellectual Property

• All content, images, logos, and designs on Celissa store are owned by Celissa.

• Unauthorized use or reproduction of our content is strictly prohibited.

6️⃣ Customer Responsibility

• You agree to provide accurate contact and shipping information.

• You agree to follow return/exchange procedures properly to qualify for a refund.
