• ⏰ Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• 🛍️ Products must be unused and in original packaging.

2️⃣ Refunds & Exchanges
• 💳 COD Orders: Refund will be transferred via bank transfer or store credit.
• 🔄 Exchanges: Available if the product is defective or damaged during delivery.
• ❌ Custom / personalized products are non-refundable.

3️⃣ Damaged or Defective Products
• 🚚 If your product is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or Email.
• 📦 A replacement will be sent after confirmation.
